| Payment Terms | Payments must be made at the time of the order for all online transactions. For custom orders, and orders made via email/contact form, an electronic invoice will be issued when the project/order is ready to ship. Shipment will be made when the invoice is paid in full. Net terms can be negotiated for wholesale customers who reorder 5 or more times. |
| Returns and Exchanges | All pieces are handmade. There are no guarantees that any piece is 100% identical and there will be minor variations. Exchanges due to slight differences (ex. pairs of earrings) will not be accepted. If the jewelry arrives damaged, please contact me and send photos of the packaging and the jewelry. Once the jewelry is returned to (in its current condition) I will issue a refund. |
| Shipping | All shipping is done via the United States post office, usually through Priority Mail. If you need me to use a different shipping method, please contact me. Orders that are in stock are shipped within 2-5 business days of payment. Backordered stock are shipped 2-5 business days after payment within the Back Order window listed on the product listing. For custom projects, orders will be shipped 2-5 days after the invoice has been paid within timeframe quoted in the initial order. |
